Building an Effective Workforce through Diversity and Inclusion in Industry

The industrial sector is undergoing a major transformation. In this new digital age, not only technology, business processes and models are changing, the workforce is changing too. While digital transformation has garnered much of industry's attention, the industry also needs to focus on changing workforce dynamics. The industrial workforce is clearly becoming more diverse. Traditionally dominated by male workers, the industrial sector is seeing more women join the workforce. While the efforts to promote gender diversity continue in the industry, we must also emphasize the need to promote an inclusive environment.
